Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume promotional sales or holiday periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders reaching minimum purchase thresholds.

Note: Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and carrier details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register on the carrier's system.

Address Modifications

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If you need to update your delivery address, please contact customer support immediately. Address changes cannot be processed once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Packages

  • Glow Fusion is not responsible for transit delays caused by external carriers, customs checks, or severe weather conditions.

  • If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing, please retain all original packaging materials and contact our support team immediately with your order number and photo evidence for assistance.
